Before you judge the book by the cover, just to let you know that I believe a healthy body is the result of the work of a solid mind and the fit temple of a creative soul and its expression. I am a free spirit. I believe in making up my mind for myself and not as a result of mainstream conditioning and premature cognitive agreements. I try to walk my talk. Sometimes I fall! Sometimes I fall in love also. But all and all I am mostly free from repetitive patterns and addictive behaviour. I am in love with life. I believe in humankind's potential to be something better than our present state. Evolution, nature, the driving force behind life. Beauty Itself. For someone born on Valentine's Day I have learnt to be one of the least romantic persons I know. It's called (Higher)Self-love, self-preservation, self-defence. We live in a world of people who do not love themselves and consequently hurt others, at times  they don't even know this, they don't even care. I'd like to stop this how I can. For my self and those I interact with. Awareness is the key. And self-love. So I watch my path with Great Attention (second attention) and learn to recognise a Trickster or a Fool these days! (any reference to anyone in particular is carefully chosen!).

(For those of you who have been confused by the above: WHAT I MEAN IS THAT PEOPLE DO NOT LOVE/KNOW/EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND ENTER INTO RELATIONSHIPS IN TOTAL OBLIVION OF WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND WHO THEY ARE AND TRY TO LOOK FOR THEIR LOST FRAGMENTS IN THEIR PARTNERS. NO THANKS. WHILE I'M ALIVE I'D RATHER BE AWAKE. AND YES I HAVE BEEN HURT GREATLY BY A MAN OR TWO BUT I KNEW THEY COULD, I GAVE THEM THE OPTION NOT TO BUT THEY DIDN'T TAKE IT. AND NO I DIDN'T DIE, I'VE LEARNT HOW TO LOVE BETTER, MORE DEEPLY, THAT'S ALL. FINALLY, I AM NOT 'TRYING' TO BE COOL, THIS IS JUST HOW I AM, THAT'S IT…)
